The LaboStarTM PRO system is an economical water production equipment that produces water quality to reach the analytical grade water standard. The compact ultra pure water system can be used in the test stand. The effluent conductivity is 0.055 S/cm (equivalent to 18.2 M -cm) and the content of TOC < 10 ppb. The system with ultraviolet device can further reduce the TOC content of water to 1 - 5ppb. This water quality has surpassed all relevant standards, including ASTM's I class water, CLSI (clinical and Laboratory Standards Association) and ISO 3696 I water.
The influent of LaboStarTM system can be deionized water, distilled water and desalted water from reverse osmosis unit. In the LaboStar 2 and 4 systems, the selection of pure water equipment, including the DI polishing module, ensures that the water production can meet the highest water quality standard. The conductivity meter of the loop circuit can continuously monitor the purity of water production.
With 0.2 m positive terminal distributor sterile filter can remove bacteria and endotoxin 100%. Instead of adding extra expensive ultrafiltration membrane to produce pure water of endotoxin <0.001 EU/ml. In addition, there are also non electric aseptic filters as options.
Water is treated as reverse osmosis water.
