Introduction
The highest effluent quality and economic preferred choice
The LaboStarTM PRO system is an economical pure water production equipment that meets analytical grade water quality standards. This compact ultrapure water system can be used on a test bench. The conductivity of the system effluent is 0.055 µ S/cm (equivalent to 18.2 M Ω - cm) and the TOC content is<10 ppb. The system with ultraviolet equipment can further reduce the TOC content of the produced water to 1-5ppb. This water quality has exceeded all relevant standards, including ASTM Class I water, CLSI (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute), and ISO 3696 Class I water.
The inlet water of the LaboStarTM system can be deionized water, distilled water, and desalinated water from the reverse osmosis unit. The selection of pure water equipment in LaboStar 2 and 4 systems, including DI polishing modules, ensures that the produced water can meet the highest water quality standards. The conductivity meter in the loop section can continuously monitor the purity of the produced water.
The terminal distributor is equipped with a 0.2 µ m positive sterile filter, which can 100% remove bacteria and endotoxins. And there is no need to add more expensive ultrafiltration membranes to produce pure water with endotoxins<0.001 EU/ml. Additionally, there are non charged sterile filters available as options.
